That article makes my blood boil. I don’t think I would handle a situation like this very well if it were Jack. I’m trying to come up with a joke here, but I’m really just pissed. I wish the 5% of horrible teachers in this country didn’t overshadow the majority of exceptional ones with their craptastic ways.

You know that you can file a complaint at the Office of Civil Rights website for the kid? We need to flood that office w/ complaints so that the teacher will lose her job.

My kindy teacher did that to me, too. She did get hers eventually. I feel awful for saying it, but she did.

I can’t believe things like this still happen in schools nowadays. I mean, back when we were in kindergarten, I could believe it (one time my teacher smacked me in front of the whole class because I wasn’t drawing the letter W the way she wanted me to), but now? And to a 5 year old? I couldn’t handle something like that now, let alone at 5.

But don’t worry, Jen. I believe in karma. She’ll get hers someday.
